Our mission is progress
By creating space for dedicated conversation, creativity, and community, The Brenn Foundation helps changemakers reduce systemic inequities, defend democracy, and create new works of cultural-significance.
How does progress grow?
It all begins with a conversation. A conference. A thought-provoking book or a new piece of legislation being written.
And that begins with Brenn.
The Brenn Foundation exists to create space–physically, mentally, and financially–for change makers to invest in themselves and their communities. Our Musgrove Retreat and Meeting Center has a rich history of facilitating critical meetings and driving important policies forward.
How we create change.
In today’s fast-paced world, it has become rare to build relationships that are not transactional. We create space for individuals to build relationships that last for generations and foster thriving communities.
The Musgrove Retreat and Conference Center, under the stewardship of The Brenn Foundation, is a picturesque hidden sanctuary on the banks of Village Creek, Georgia. Musgrove provides a respite from the outside world, offering guests a unique opportunity for uninterrupted discussion, debate, learning, and community building.
The natural setting facilitates the development of deep relationships between participants and encourages focus on core issues. After decades of work, the name “Musgrove” has today become synonymous with thoughtful gatherings that discuss issues of topical interest and social importance.
